Definitions:

The insurance period

The insurance period will start from the moment the customer collected/received the device until the moment the device was returned to small world company or its representatives.

Applicability of the insurance:

The insurance applies to the satellite device that the customer rents, charging cable and other accessories in case they were provided with the device at the time of rental.

What does the insurance cover:

• When renting a Garmin satellite device Of INREACH models (including all INREACH models) -
• Irreversible damage to the device that cannot be repaired (Total lost) and disables the normal functioning of the device.
• Scratches on the device screen, broken screen and external damage to the device that does not disable the normal functioning of the device.
• Loss or theft of a device - the customer must produce documents confirming the loss/theft of the device such as a police statement, a statement from another person, etc.
• When renting a satellite phone in the Iridium or Inmarest network -
• Irreversible damage to the device that cannot be repaired (Total lost) and disables the normal functioning of the device.
• Scratches on the device screen, broken screen or external damage to the device that does not disable the normal functioning of the device.
• Loss or theft of a device - the customer must produce documents confirming the loss/theft of the device such as a police statement, a statement from another person, etc.

Exceptions:

The device insurance does not include confiscation of the device by the authorities for any reason and in any country.

Deductible:

Small World Company reserves the right to collect the amount of the deductible without prior coordination or notice as stated in the insurance conditions above.
In any case of activation of the insurance, the customer will be required to pay a deductible up to the amount of the deductible defined below.
Below are deductible costs for the various devices:
